La Poste group confirms its confidence in FIAT PROFESSIONAL and MICRO-VETT/NEWTEON, ordering 5 of its number 1 vehicle Fiat Doblo, in order to go in the next step is to succed to the tests and award the invitation to tender for 500 electrics vehicles.
Fiat Professional's know-how and Micro-Vett's electric technology, exclusively distributed by Newteon in France has led La Poste to opt for an innovative and environmental solution. With regard to this issue Micro-Vett were preselected for the pre-bid launched in April 2007.

After the Ducato in 1994, the Doblo in 2006, the Scudo in 2008, the Fiorino is the 4th Fiat Professional's product to receive this pretigious international distinction. Markets dedicated the success of Fiat Professional in the growth area of small vans or, with Doblo and Fiorino together the brand realized 13,7 % of market share over the first 6 months, in growth of 1,5 points with regard to 2007. The group La Poste itself, ordered 600 Fiorino 1,3 MJT this year, the first lot of 300 must take office next October.
